Transfers

Transfers let you move stock between outlets during an event. When one outlet is running low and another has surplus, a transfer moves products without creating a new order.

Viewing Transfers

The transfers view shows all stock transfers for the active event, including:

• From Outlet — Where the stock is coming from
• To Outlet — Where the stock is going
• Products — What is being transferred
• Status — Transfer state
• Created At — When the transfer was initiated

The transfers list is scoped to the event you've selected in the event desk.

Contractor Transfers

Transfers created by contractors on the mobile app appear in this list too. A contractor's transfer is automatically tied to the event they're assigned to at the venue, so it shows up under that event alongside transfers created by your own staff.

Click on any transfer to view the full details, including product quantities and status history.

• Use transfers to balance stock across outlets during high-demand periods.
