Order Details

View the full details of any order you've created, including its current status and line items.

Viewing an Order

1. Tap Orders in the bottom navigation.
2. Tap on any order in the list to open its details.

What You'll See

• Order Number — Unique identifier
• Status — Pending, approved, rejected, or delivered
• Outlet — The destination outlet
• Products — List of items with quantities
• Created At — When you placed the order
• Approver — Who approved (or rejected) the order, once actioned

Order Statuses

Status	Meaning
Pending	Waiting for an approver to review
Approved	Approved and ready for delivery
Rejected	The approver has rejected the order
Delivered	Stock has been delivered to the outlet

Tips

• Tap on a pending order to edit it if you need to make changes before approval.
