Mobile Login
The mobile app uses an email or mobile phone number and a password, followed by a one-time password (OTP) verification step for secure two-factor authentication.
How to Log In
- Open the Enterprise Flow app.
- Enter your email or mobile phone number and your password.
- Tap Sign In.
- If two-factor authentication is required, you will receive an OTP via SMS or email.
- Enter the OTP code and tap Verify to complete login.
Show / Hide Password
The password field includes a visibility toggle icon on the right side:
- Tap the eye icon (
visibility_off) to reveal your password in plain text. - Tap it again to mask the password.
This toggle only affects the display — it has no impact on login or security.
Biometric Login
If your device supports Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint authentication, the app will offer to enable biometric login after your first successful password login. Once enabled, you can log in with biometrics on subsequent visits without re-entering your password.
Biometric login stays active indefinitely for active staff. Even if your session has been idle for days and your access token has expired, a successful biometric check will transparently refresh it — you should not be forced back to the email and password screen.
Biometric login stops working as soon as your account is deactivated: administrators revoke all device tokens at the same moment the account is removed, so a former employee cannot use a previously enrolled device to regain access.
Opening App Links
Enterprise Flow links open directly in the app rather than the browser. If you tap a password reset link from an Enterprise Flow email on a device with the app installed, the app opens straight to the reset screen with your details already filled in — you don't need to copy the link into a browser.
Open reset links on the same device that has the app installed so they land in the app.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Didn't receive the OTP | Wait 30 seconds and try again. Check your registered contact details with your administrator. |
| Invalid OTP | Enter the most recent code — OTPs expire after a few minutes. |
| Invalid email or password | Double-check your credentials. Contact your administrator if you believe your account is locked. |
| Biometric prompt not appearing | Ensure biometrics are configured on your device and that you have previously opted in via the app. |
Staying Logged In
Once logged in, your session persists until you explicitly log out or your session expires. You don't need to log in every time you open the app.
Logging Out
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Log Out.
