Glossary

Key terms used throughout Enterprise Flow.

A

Approver A staff member with the "can approve orders" permission. Approvers review and approve or reject stock orders submitted by runners. See Approver Workflow.

C

Company A tenant organisation in Enterprise Flow. Each company has its own venues, staff, products, and events. Managed by System role users. See Company Management.

Contractor A staff member flagged as a transfer contractor and linked to an active supplier. Contractors get a dedicated mobile home screen and create event-scoped transfers for their supplier, but only for events they've been assigned to. Also called a transfer contractor. See Contractor Workflow.

D

Department A category that groups related products (e.g., "Beverages", "Food"). Staff are assigned to departments, which determines which products they can work with. See Departments.

E

Event A scheduled occasion during which stock orders are created and managed — such as a match day, concert, or function. See Events.

Event Desk The operational command centre in the admin panel for monitoring orders and transfers during live events. See Event Desk.

Event Type A category for events (e.g., "AFL Match", "Concert"). See Event Types.

F

Feature Flag A toggle that enables or disables specific platform features per company. Managed by System role users. See Feature Flags.

Fulfilment status The reconciliation state of a wastage or transfer entry once it's completed, showing how each line settled against inventory: Entered, No stock, Not in cost centre, or Not entered. See Wastage.

L

Leaderboard A ranking of runners at a venue by the work they deliver — either by deliveries or by items moved — scoped to the live event or all-time. See Runner Leaderboard.

Level A vertical division within a venue (e.g., floor, tier, concourse). See Levels.

N

Not entered A fulfilment status meaning a completed wastage or transfer entry still has items awaiting inventory entry. See Wastage.

O

Order A request for stock to be delivered to an outlet during an event. Created by runners and approved by approvers. See Orders.

OTP (One-Time Password) A temporary code sent via SMS used to authenticate mobile app logins. See Mobile Login.

Outlet An individual service point within a venue (e.g., a bar, food stall, or kiosk). See Outlets.

Outlet Type A category for outlets (e.g., "Bar", "Food Kiosk"). See Outlet Types.

P

Product An item that is ordered, distributed, and tracked through the platform. See Products.

R

Runner A staff member with the "can deliver stock" permission. Runners create and deliver stock orders to outlets. See Runner Workflow.

S

Stand A distinct section within a venue (e.g., grandstand, pavilion). See Stands.

Supplier An external company whose contractors work a venue. Suppliers are managed in the admin panel, where they're assigned individual products (each recorded under a product group) and the venues and staff that belong to them. See Supplier Management.

T

Transfer A movement of stock between two outlets during an event. See Transfers.

V

Venue The top-level location where events take place (e.g., stadium, arena). See Venues.

W

Wastage Stock that has been spoiled, damaged, or otherwise lost during an event. Wastage is recorded from the mobile app and monitored on the event desk, with a report that rolls the numbers up across events. See Wastage.

Z

Zone A logical grouping of outlets within a venue for operational purposes. See Zones.
