Editing Orders
Runners can adjust an order after acknowledging it, right up until it's completed. This lets you correct the order against what's actually on the shelf before you deliver.
How to Edit
- Tap Orders in the bottom navigation.
- Open the order and tap Acknowledge to take it on — this opens the edit screen.
- Adjust the items as needed.
- Tap Complete when the delivery is done.
What You Can Change
On an acknowledged order you can:
- Quantity — increase or decrease the amount for an item.
- Product — swap an item for a different product.
- Size — change an item's size.
- Items — add or remove items.
- From outlet — set which outlet each item is being pulled from.
The destination outlet is fixed once the order is created.
Reassigning to Another Runner
If you can't deliver an order, you can reassign it to another runner. The new runner is notified straight away with a push notification so they can pick it up.
Tips
- Once an order is completed it can't be edited — make your adjustments before completing.
- Each item needs a product, size, from outlet, and a quantity above zero before the order can be completed.
