General

What browsers does the admin panel support?

Enterprise Flow works in all modern browsers — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version for the best experience.

Can I use the admin panel on my phone?

The admin panel is designed for desktop and laptop screens. For mobile access, use the dedicated Enterprise Flow mobile app.

Accounts & Login

I forgot my admin panel password. How do I reset it?

On the login page, click Forgot Password?, enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the reset email. See Logging In.

I'm not receiving the OTP code on my mobile.

Check that your mobile number is correctly registered in the system. If the problem persists, contact your administrator to verify your staff record. See Mobile Login.

My session keeps timing out.

For security, sessions expire after a period of inactivity. Log in again to continue. Save your work frequently to avoid losing changes.

We recommend this setup order:

Can I have multiple venues?

Yes. You can create and manage multiple venues under a single company.

Events & Operations

How do I start running an event?

  1. Create the event in Event Management with the correct venue, date, and time.
  2. Make sure staff are set up with the correct departments and permissions.
  3. On event day, staff log into the mobile app — they will see the active event automatically.
  4. Use the Event Desk to monitor operations.

Can staff be both runners and approvers?

Yes. A staff member can have both the "can deliver stock" and "can approve orders" permissions, allowing them to perform both roles.

What happens to orders after an event ends?

Orders remain in the system for reporting and historical purposes. They can be viewed in the event desk and dashboard after the event concludes.

Mobile App

Which devices are supported?

  • iOS: iPhone with iOS 15 or later
  • Android: Android 10 or later

Can I use the app without an internet connection?

The app requires an internet connection to submit orders, receive approvals, and use chat. Some screens may load cached data, but full functionality requires connectivity.

How do I switch between runner and approver mode?

If you have both permissions, the app shows both order creation (runner) and approval (approver) sections in the navigation. You don't need to switch modes — both are always available.
