Navigating the Interface

Admin Panel Layout

The admin panel uses a sidebar navigation layout:

• Sidebar (left) — Contains links to all management sections. The items visible depend on your role.
• Header (top) — Shows the Enterprise Flow logo, notification bell, and your user menu.
• Main Content (centre) — Displays the current page content.

Sidebar Navigation

The sidebar groups related pages together. Click any item to navigate to that section. Some items may not appear if your role does not have access to them.

User Menu

Click your profile area in the header to access:

• Change Password — Update your login credentials
• Log Out — End your session

Notifications

Click the bell icon in the header to view recent notifications. Unread notifications show a badge count.

Session Timeout

For security, your session will expire after a period of inactivity. When this happens, you will be redirected to the login page. Any unsaved changes may be lost, so save your work regularly.

Mobile App Layout

The mobile app uses a bottom navigation bar:

• Home — Dashboard showing event information and quick actions
• Orders — View and manage stock orders (runners)
• Approvals — Review and approve orders (approvers)
• Chat — Team communication
• Settings — App and account settings

TIP

Swipe between tabs or use the bottom navigation bar to move between sections quickly.
