Runner Workflow

Runners are staff members responsible for creating and delivering stock orders to outlets during events. If your account has the "can deliver stock" permission, you have access to the runner workflow.

What Runners Do

1. Create orders — Select an outlet, choose products, specify quantities
2. View orders — Check the status of orders you've created
3. Edit orders — Modify orders before they are approved
4. Deliver stock — Physically deliver products to the outlet

Your Typical Flow

1. Check the Home screen for the active event.
2. Create an order for an outlet.
3. Wait for an approver to approve the order.
4. Once approved, deliver the stock to the outlet.
5. View order details to check status at any time.

Tips

• You can only create orders during an active event.
• Orders are linked to your account, so you can always find them in your order list.
