Contractor Workflow

Contractors are external supplier staff who move stock at a venue for a specific event. The app gives contractors their own home screen and a transfer flow scoped to their supplier and event.

Contractor Home

After logging in, contractors land on a dedicated home screen instead of the standard runner view.

The home screen shows:

• Today's Event — the live event you've been assigned to at your venue.
• Supplier — your supplier's name and code.
• Venues — the venues you have access to.
• Role — shown as Contractor.
• Messages — quick access to your notifications.

Event Assignment

You only see a venue's active event once you've been assigned to it. If you haven't been added to the event, the home screen shows No event scheduled today, even when an event is running at that venue. Ask an administrator to assign you if you expect to see an event and don't.

Scoped Transfers

Everything you do runs inside your supplier's context:

• The venues, outlets, and products available to you are limited to your supplier and the event you've been assigned to.
• Transfers you create are tagged to that event automatically.
• Your transfer history shows only the transfers you entered at your supplier's venues.

This keeps a contractor's activity cleanly separated from other suppliers and from the venue's own runners.

Getting Started

1. An administrator must create a supplier and assign the venues, products, and your staff account.
2. Log in normally via OTP login.
3. The app redirects you to the contractor home screen.
