Stock Transfers

Transfers let you move stock between outlets during an event. This is useful when one outlet is running low and another has surplus.

Accessing Transfers

1. From the Home screen, tap Transfers.
2. Or navigate to the transfers section via the app menu.

Creating a Transfer

1. Tap Create Transfer.
2. Select the From Outlet — where the stock is coming from.
3. Select the To Outlet — where the stock is going.
4. Add products and specify quantities.
5. Tap Submit to create the transfer.

Viewing Transfers

The transfer list shows all transfers for the current event, including:

• Source and destination outlets
• Products and quantities
• Transfer status

Tips

• Transfers help balance stock across outlets without creating new orders from the warehouse.
• Coordinate with the other outlet before initiating a transfer.
